Terms and Conditions

  • Images are for illustration purposes only. Actual product may differ in appearance.
  • All goods remain property of The Bullion Store Ltd till they are paid for in full.
  • The price of Gold is very Volatile and hence is subject to fluctuations if there is more than 48 hours delay in the customers payment.
  • The price will be reserved for a maximum of 2 working days.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse acceptance of orders at their discretion.
  • We aim to dispatch our products within 24 hours of recieving payment. This however does not apply to bank holidays and Weekends.
  • All our products are fully insured till the time the customer signs for it. We use a Royalmail, Private Couriers, DHL, UPS and a variety of Delivery Specialists.
  • We do NOT offer Refunds. This does not affect your statutory Rights. You Can cancel your Order within 12 Hours of Purchase. If the offices are shut then please send an email to cancel. We will not accept cancellations after that 12 hour Period.
